The First Aid Kit is an item in Clock Tower II: The Struggle Within.

The first aid kit is the only health item in the game that, once picked up, restores Alyssa Hale's health back to white (blue if playing as Bates).

The first aid kit can be found at:
- Upstairs
Closet in the room next to the bathroom.
- Downstairs
Desk drawer in the guest bedroom (requires Drawer Key).
Wardrobe in the master bedroom.

The first aid kit can be found at:
- Upstairs
- Shelf in storage room
- Downstairs
Shelf at the room (far right) in main hallway.
Chapter 3[]
- 1st floor
A table of body pieces (unlimited).
The shelf in the Examination room, behind the door that requires the Exam Room Key.

- The first aid kit is the only health item to exist in the Clock Tower series.
- The first aid kit can't be picked up if Alyssa's health is white (blue if Bates).
