The Survival Knife is an item in Clock Tower II: The Struggle Within.

The survival knife is a required item to unlock the rope-locked storage room in the Memorial Pharmaceuticals Research Lab, which would lead the player to a handcuffed-bounded Allen Hale. It also allows the player to achieve Ending E should the player approach Allen as Bates while having the knife in the inventory. The survival knife can only be picked up and used by Bates.

- If the player enters the archives as Alyssa, the survival knife will be replaced with the storage key on the opposite shelf, which unlocks the same door, but it cannot be used to achieve Ending E.
