Current Ownership And Copyright Duration[]
Does anyone actually know for sure who currently holds the rights to the Clock Tower series? Some people say Capcom, others say Sunsoft and some even say that no one currently has the IP and what it entails.
Whoever owns it (if anyone) hasn't done anything with the lisence in well over a decade, which is a good indication that they never will and likely won't renew the trademark once the copyright expires. At this point in time, is it feesable to assume that no one currently owns the rights to the Clock Tower series?

Sunsoft currently own the rights to Clock Tower and from what I can tell they actually renewed the rights after they expired over a decade ago. You can do a search here to confirm it, if you like. But I still wouldn't expect them to do anything with the trademark except renew it. JMXD96 Talk 14:17, February 19, 2016 (UTC)
